8:00- Do’s and Don’ts while racing , 4man -on- 4 man – of Watch System – focus and mindfulness aboard, and the buddy system
8:30 Checklist for personal gear and review of boat prep list,
9:00 Retire to the PUB for a short one- review weather & Sailplan for March 24th start at 6pm HCM
In preparation for the Spring Sailing Season of medium and distance races we will be making sure that each crew member is prepared for 24 + hr sailing
We need to review personal kit, safety procedures, 4-man watch experience, food and preparing meals, hyration,
We will prepare the boat for the ovenight that begins at 6pm on Friday March 24.
Many of you have signed up for safety at sea on the 26th of March at WVYC. This is a very important personal commitment you are making to the CREW and your skipper. Thank you and see you there!

ALLONS-Y's work day is moving from afternoons on Thursdays to Wednesdays. If you are able to make it down to the marina in the early afternoon you will be helping to get ALLONS-Y set-up for racing and a cruise + swim that evening at 6-9pm that evening.
